Since Christmas is now less than a week away (!!!) this top ten topic is pretty perfect. Without any further ado…
Ten Books I Wouldn’t Mind Santa Leaving Under My Tree
1 – Because I am DYING to get my hands on an ARC of this book. I cannot wait until its release date! Seriously, anyone willing to give me a copy?!? 🙂
2 – Because it’s about some of my favorite books and stories and worlds; what could be better than that?
3 – Because I have fallen in love with this series and am so excited to find out the conclusion!
4 – I’m always attracted to stories set in the South
5 – Because EVERYONE has been talking about this surfing memoir and I’m intrigued.
6 – Because ever since my trip to India, I am fascinated over its culture and history and the people who make up this beautiful, vibrant country.
7 – I keep hearing whispers of this classic book and how entertaining it is. This copy is especially beautiful!
8 – I’m a sucker for picking out a Pulitzer book for my wish list.
9 – Because NYT recommends it in their top ten books of the year, and I trust their judgment.
10 – The scientist in me is fascinated, and Mukherjee is an excellent writer.
What books are you hoping will be under the Christmas tree? Comment below!
Literary Wonderlands sounds like something I would LOVE. I recently read A Little History of Literature by John Sutherland and really enjoyed it, and this sounds like a bit of a similar idea. I’ll definitely have to add it to my TBR!

Well now I feel bad for sitting on Caraval for ages without reading it. I’m definitely going to get to it over Christmas though! I hope you have a good one and find loads of books under your tree.
